Honoring boys achieving Cub Scout’s Highest Award, the Arrow of Light. All scouts are invited to the Ceremony, come see the recognition the boys receive at the end of the Cub Scout Trail.

All participants in the Pack Conservation Project (Dec. 15th Tree Planting at Sugar Land Memorial Park) are invited to the January 15th City Council meeting to be recognized by the Mayor of Sugar Land. Parents are not only encouraged but will be necessary as this event is ‘in-chambers’ (no talking).

The 2008 Pack 616 Pinewood Derby is set for Saturday Feb 9, 3:00pm, at the Parkway United Methodist Church.

Saturday 1/12, 2008, 1:30 pm at Brazos Bend State Park.

This will be the 4th year in a row we have done this, and the past three times have been wonderful outings for scouts and their families. Here is the plan. Meet at the Red Buckeye trailhead in the Hale Lake picnic area of Brazos Bend State Park by 1:15 pm and we will take attendance and begin our two mile hike at 1:30. The attached map shows the driving route through the park in blue and the hiking trail in magenta.
