On Saturday, April 17th, is our Pack Service project for mulching the Butterfly Gardens at Walker Station Elementary School. As you may recall, we started two weeks ago but ran out of mulch. The Cubs that were there enjoyed the project and asked for more (who doesn't like playing in thre dirt?!?), so we now have about twice as much mulch being delivered- along with pizza for a lunch and Cub play break.

The event is from 1-3 pm; bring gloves, shovels, hoes and/or racks, and a wheelbarrow if you have one. We'll meet at  the back of WSE at the Buterfly Garden.

By the way, for Cubs this project may fulfill  the larger requirement of the World Conservation Award (considered a major Scouting award).

Webelos- this qualifies the service project requirement of Outdoosrman.
