Minutes of Pack 616 Parents Planning Meeting Attending: Dave D., Carl S., Patti S., Wilfred W., Karen C., Carolee D., Stephen C.
DISCUSSION TOPICS Rally Night Karen C. reviewed the plan for Rally Night. Plan was in great shape with no issues remaining. September Pack Meeting Patti S./Carl S. reviewed plans for the September pack mtg. Will do leather name tags as gathering activity, and will ask Boy Scouts to help. Dave D. volunteered to contact Troop 616 for help. Patti S. will distribute agenda shortly. Pack Calender The pack calender was firmed up and individuals volunteered or were assigned to coordinate events. For details, see pack calendar. Other Agreed to pay for one year subscription to Scout Track at ~50$/yr. (An Archivements tracking site)
